How do I manage Surveys?

Create a new survey

1. Navigate to the Surveys area of your HappyTeams Dashboard.
2. In the Add Survey section of the window, name your survey.
3. Next, choose any tag groupings that you want to receive the survey. Leaving the Tags blank will send the survey to your entire organization.
4. Choose the questions you want to include in the survey. We suggest no more than 10 questions should be added to the survey.
5. Click save to save your survey.
   
   

Now that you created a new survey you can schedule a date to send your survey.

1. Click the Schedule Run button next to the survey that you want to schedule
2. Select a date that you wish the survey to be sent. 
3. On that date instead of receiving their question for the day, your team will receive the survey questions.
4. Click View to view the results of the survey.
